Subject Montaigne downtime
Hi Everyone,
Today Montaigne Apple account was locked by Apple.
That means Montaigne server cannot receive updates to your Apple Notes.
I just reach out to Apple support to unlock my account. They told me it can take a day for them to get back.
Still not sure what would be the result.
This one is an unexpected issue. Seeing it for the first time since starting Montaigne 2.5 years ago.
As a workaround (and if you have macOS) please consider my other product https://alto.so/. It allows you to publish online directly from Apple Notes.
It doesn’t rely on Apple accounts and iCloud and resistant to problems like this.
